Return & Exchange Policy

At Trayar.com, we want every customer to feel confident ordering from us. Please review our guidelines below before requesting a return or exchange.


✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We will consider a return or exchange only if all the conditions below are met:

  1. Wrong, damaged, or defective item:

    • You received an incorrect product, the item arrived damaged, or it has a genuine manufacturing defect.

  2. Unopened & unused condition:

    • We do not accept returns if the product or its seal has been opened, the packaging shows signs of use, or any quantity is missing.

    • The item must remain in its original, undamaged box with every accessory, label, and insert intact.

  3. Unboxing video requirement:

    • To validate any claim, you must record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the parcel from all sides before opening, the shipping label, the unsealing, and the item inside.

    • This video helps us verify transit damage or packing errors quickly and fairly.

  4. Timely request:

    • You must contact us through the website’s contact form within 3 calendar days of the delivery date and attach the unboxing video (or a downloadable link) along with clear photos if damage is visible.


❌ Non‑Returnable Situations

We unfortunately cannot accept a return or exchange if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with in any way.

  • The request is made after the 3‑day window.

  • The item was ordered incorrectly, or you changed your mind after delivery.

  • The unboxing video is missing, edited, or unclear.

  • The retail box, inner packaging, or printed inserts are not returned in original condition.


🔁 Exchange Process

  1. Submit your request with the order number, reason, photos, and the unboxing video.

  2. Our support team will verify the claim within 2 business days.

  3. If approved, we’ll arrange pickup or provide a return address.

  4. Once the product passes inspection at our warehouse, we will dispatch a replacement. If the item is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund.


💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are granted only when a replacement is not possible.

  • Any approved refund is processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

  • Shipping fees (if charged) are non‑refundable.


📌 Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.

  • For health, safety, and authenticity reasons, opened or used products cannot be resold and therefore cannot be accepted back.

  • Keep all packaging until you’re sure you wish to keep the product; breaking the seal voids return eligibility.
